Executive Bio - Jason Waterman, Founder of Waterman International

As President and CEO of Waterman International, Jason has more than 15 years of software engineering and management experience, including 10 years spent collaborating with distributed software development teams across the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia.

Prior to launching Waterman International, Jason was a senior software manager at Siemens VDO based in Detroit, Michigan. During his tenure, his passion for software coupled with leadership skills led to a meteoric rise that first sent Jason to Germany and then Romania.

In Romania (or what many call “The Silicon Valley of Eastern Europe”), Jason was a key member of a management team that saw an unprecedented 500% growth in software developers in just three years. He was also responsible for developing a coaching & mentoring program aimed at the high-potential future leaders within the organization.

Given Jason’s proven record of building successful international software engineering teams, he was dispatched to perform similar, yet, more intensive operations in Mexico.

Now residing in Los Angeles, California, Jason is entirely focused on collaborating with clients to architect cutting-edge, cost-effective software systems that accelerate and exceed their needs and vision.
